I am amazed at how occupational physicians translate what I tell them.  They seem to add like this: 1 + 1 = 10!!!

So my pamphlets will magically float with me and I will reach, gently so I don’t disrupt my chronic back issue, and pull one from the air placing it in the designated mailbox which will conveniently, always be at the appropriate height for me. Voila!

Workcover, did you really pay for this advice?

What is Pudendal Neuralgia (PN)?

Most simply put PN is Carpal Tunnel in the pelvis/buttocks. Compression of the Pudendal Nerve occurs after trauma to the pelvis and is aggrevated with pressure. The pain is often described as a toothache like pain, with spasms, sensations of tingling, numbness, or burning. It can be very debilitating.
